“This accounting simulation introduces the participant to the accounting process. The simulated company acts as a wholesaler of a single product. Participants balance supply of purchased goods with demand of final consumers; however, the primary task of the participant centers in the preparation of journal entries, cash flow, cost of goods sold, income statements, and balance sheets. The simulation stresses the relationship between transactions and financial statements for several decision periods” (Graham/Gray 1969, 258)
